Welcome! This is the inaugural issue of NAEP Pulse, our new monthly e-newsletter designed to bring you the latest news from higher education procurement and NAEP. We hope you find value in reading each monthly issue and we welcome your input. Is there a particular procurement topic that you struggle with right now?
