NENA: The 9-1-1 Association today announced that Sarah Bal, CAE has joined the NENA staff as the association’s Vice President of Education & Training. In this role, Bal oversees the development and delivery of the association’s in-person and online education programs, ensuring 9-1-1 professionals receive industry-best training at every stage of their careers.
"At a time when so much is changing in 9-1-1, Sarah brings a fresh vision and unique skillset to this position," said NENA’s CEO, Brian Fontes.
