Reaffirmation of Multiple PSAP Operations Committee Documents

NENA is pleased to announce the reaffirmation of several documents including two NENA Standards and two Information documents:

• NENA E9-1-1 Wireless Maintenance Call Routing & Testing Validation Standard
• NENA Wireless E9-1-1 Overflow, Default and Diverse Routing Operational Standard
• NENA Wireless Phase I & II Features and Functions Operational Information Document
• NENA Wireless Phase I/II Planning and Implementation Checklist and Modules Document

As part of the reaffirmation process, the document numbers were updated to reflect the current numbering system. Reaffirmation of NENA’s documents is an important verification that the information provided by NENA is accurate, current, and inclusive of recent technology and processes to best support the 9-1-1 industry.
