NENA Announces Lisa Fulton, ENP as Newest Team Member

We're excited to announce that Lisa Fulton, ENP recently joined NENA staff as a full-time instructor. Lisa has more than 25 years of experience in public safety communications at Metro Nashville Department of Emergency Communications. She held positions from telecommunicator to human resources and training manger, and has experience in quality assurance and accreditation. She served on NENA’s Education Advisory Board since the spring of 2014. In the past two years, she became a contracted instructor for NENA, teaching the Tactical Dispatch and Disaster Planning courses. Last year, she was one of the principle developers of NENA’s 9-1-1 Center Supervisor Program, which has become very successful and one of our most requested courses. Lisa’s experience in the development of online content and delivery will provide additional benefit as NENA completes the rollout of NENA Education & Training Online later this summer.
