NENA is pleased to announce the publication of the NENA Public Safety Communications & Railroad Interaction Standard Operating Procedures. This standard aids PSAPs, railroad control centers. and railroad personnel in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for emergencies that involve railroads or railroad assets.
