NENA invites you to engage with your peers in our bi-monthly, Zoom-based health and wellness discussion! We will be seeking important insight from you on the health and wellness challenges you're facing and how we can best tackle them as a community. At the beginning of the meet up, Sara Pagel of Thin Line Consulting will provide a 20-minute presentation on nutrition that will leave you with some practical ways to get movin' and groovin' on your health journey!
