The Public Safety Communications & Railroad Interaction Standard Operating Procedures standard aids PSAPs, railroad communication centers, and railroad personnel in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for emergency communications protocols pertaining to railroad and railroad related emergencies.
NENA seeks volunteers with knowledge of PSAP operations, railroad operations, and related areas to participate in reviewing and updating the standard.
