Each June, a new NENA Board of Directors is sworn in to help lead the association’s mission to improve 9-1-1 through research, standards development, training, education, outreach, and advocacy. Because the NENA 2020 Conference & Expo was moved from June to September, this year's board installation ceremony will be conducted via Zoom.
