NENA Integrating Applications on Intelligent Workstations Information Document identifies, defines, discusses, and offers information to help PSAP managers make decisions that are necessary to integrate multiple applications on a single hardware platform at the Enhanced 9‑1‑1 Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).

NENA Standard Data Formats for E9‑1‑1 Data Exchange & GIS Mapping sets forth NENA standard formats for Automatic Location Identification (ALI) data exchange between Service Providers and Data Base Management System Providers, a Geographic Information System (GIS) data model, and formats for data exchange between the ALI Database and PSAP Controller equipment. This update adds additional legacy Classes of Service (CoS), standardized use of Service Descriptions in the Customer Name/Service field, and specifies the recommended CoS information and the recommended Service Descriptions.

NENA Information Document for Location Validation Function Consistency provides recommendations that Location Validation Function (LVF) stakeholders, including operators, implementers, Geographic Information System (GIS) personnel and LVF clients can follow to help ensure that when LVFs from different vendors are provisioned with the same GIS data, they return consistent location validation responses for the same civic locations.
