The NG9-1-1 Institute is hosting the 14th Annual NG9-1-1 Honor Awards Reception to celebrate heroes and leaders in the 9-1-1 field. The co-chairs of the Congressional NG9-1-1 Caucus and other members of Congress are invited to attend and to present the awards.

We need your help in identifying the heroes and leaders that should be honored this year. Examples of heroism and leadership that occurred anytime between November 1, 2015, and December 31, 2016, will be considered for the awards presented at the reception.

Nominations may now be submitted through January 16, 2017, for the six awards categories. Any person or group fitting the description is eligible to be nominated and anyone can nominate (including self-nomination). You DO NOT need to be a member of the NG-1-1 Institute to nominate or to receive an award.

  • Citizen in Action
  • Government Leader
  • 9-1-1 Public Safety Professional
