Bylaws Update

As you may have seen previously, this year’s Annual Membership Meeting will include consideration of significantly re-organized and updated bylaws for NENA. The proposed substitute bylaws are available here.
After reviewing Robert’s Rules of Order, NENA has determined that these changes constitute a "Revision." This means that Members in attendance at the meeting may offer amendments to the proposed new bylaws.
Headquarters has already received word that a few members intend to offer amendments. Providing prior notice is not required, but may allow us to prepare slides or handouts that could facilitate discussion of proposed amendments. If you would like to propose an amendment, and are willing to submit your text in advance, please email Trey Forgety.
