Want to get the most out of working with a recruiter? Bring your A-Game.

Some candidates make the mistake of treating their first meeting with a recruiter casually. While the recruiter is there to be your advocate, it’s still important to make a good impression. The recruiter will use your initial conversations to help them determine your preparedness for meeting an employer. Show up on time (or 10-15 minutes early). Dress professionally. Be prepared to answer the questions that typically come up in a job interview and also have questions of your own ready to get insight on the process. For more tips on working with a recruiter, visit the PSG Blog.
