Soule, Davina Drabkin and Lori Mackenzie looked at 249 case studies taught in Stanford's MBA core curriculum from 2015-2017, then analyzed text in case studies reviewing  descriptions of the protagonists, their situations, and the cultural context – in an effort to see if there were potentially stereotypical language patterns.
