Racial inequality has been embedded within our nation since its beginning, and it survives within our complex
social structures. This luncheon will feature the W.K. Kellogg Foundation’s Truth, Racial Healing and
Transformation (TRHT) enterprise. TRHT immerses its participants in an interactive process that can uproot the flawed belief in a racial hierarchy, thereby enabling people to cherish their common humanity, to learn to see themselves in one another, and to understand how we can effect change within the systems that govern our businesses, institutions, and communities.
