AI Still Not Widely Adopted by Associations

Artificial intelligence is a capable and proliferate tool for creating and measuring engagement across various channels and providing an enhanced experience to customers. AI can process large volumes of data in real-time, allowing for timely analysis of user behaviors, which allows associations to make informed decisions quickly. The association industry, however, is typically not at the forefront of emerging technology, but AI is here to stay. Currently, only 6% of respondents frequently use AI to enhance member engagement. A majority (64%) do not use it at needs a period after all.
