Benchmarking Report Reveals Association Communication Trends

Naylor Association Solutions has been a leader in helping trade associations and professional societies across North America get the most out of their member communication programs for more than 50 years. As part of our commitment to the association community, Naylor has partnered with more than a dozen of the state allied societies of association executives since 2011 to create the Association Communications Benchmarking Report, one of the most comprehensive annual studies that focuses exclusively on the communication strategies and best practices of membership organizations.

Nearly 3,000 senior leaders of North American trade associations, professional societies and association management companies have completed our online surveys over the past 10 years. Over the years, we have found that respondents representing a mix of small, midsize and large organizations across more than 100 industries have a wide range of communication challenges.
