Kristen joined the NAWIC National office in May of 2021. Her day to day can be pretty busy as she is in charge of packaging and mailing all store orders, depositing checks and book keeping for the National, Midwest and Northeast Regions. She is also responsible for paying chapter dues for any new and returning members. Her favorite part about working for NAWIC is her coworkers and having the opportunity to impower women in the construction industry.

Join us at this event and meet our National NAWIC President, Karen Hager, who will be the presiding national officer to install our newly elected officers and directors!

MindForge®
In this 30-minute session, MindForge CEO Stokes McIntyre walks through the top five decisions that make the biggest impact on a construction jobsite. Small but mighty, these are decisions that, made poorly, can drive the largest drains on money, time, and materials. “I didn't think of myself as a leader before the Leadership Academy.”

We’ve heard this from many of our incredible participants – they didn't consider themselves leaders until they joined the NAWIC Leadership Academy. The Leadership Academy helped them uncover and embrace their unique brand of leadership.

Once you realize that you already have what it takes to be an impactful leader, things start to snowball. Join the NAWIC Leadership Academy and watch as you gain the recognition, influence, and opportunities you deserve.

Join us for an upcoming Info Session to hear real success stories from women who embraced their inner leadership skills through the NAWIC Leadership Academy.

As daylight diminishes during the month of November, prioritizing safety becomes crucial for construction sites.

-Equip yourself and your team with High-visibility vests, jackets, and hard hats.

-Consider using reflective tape on work gear and coats.

-Illuminate work areas with powerful, well-placed lighting.

By enhancing visibility, you reduce the risk of accident and create a safer workplace.
