On Friday, November 14, NAWIC held a virtual Emergency Townhall Meeting in response to the murder of tradeswoman Amber Czech. Nearly 300 women in construction and allies joined the call. It is with profound grief, outrage, and unwavering resolve that NAWIC is calling for immediate, systemic action to protect women in the trades.
