We are prioritizing you. After reviewing industry best practices and in response to member concerns, it was determined that reformed practice were required to reduce organizational liability protect members from unsolicited outreach and data collection while safeguarding their personal data. Membership rosters will remain accessible to Chapter Presidents, Membership Chairs of local chapters or regional conferences, and National Board of Directors to assist them in their NAWIC-related roles and responsibilities. NAWIC recently announced its new collaboration with the National Glass Association (NGA). The partnership will kick off with NAWIC CEO, Sheronda Carr and NGA CEO, Lakisha Woods headlining the Women in Glass & Fenestration Event held during the 2025 GlassBuild America event on November 6th. • NAWIC represented at the 4th Annual Built By Women Industry Event - ABC Western Michigan. National NAWIC representative, Doreen Bartoldus to join panel and ABC Western Michigan and Crew members on October 23rd for an inspiring evening celebrating the strength, leadership, and innovation of women in construction and the skilled trades!
 
• Chicago Build, the Midwest’s premier and largest construction event with 30,000 attendees, will spotlight women in construction with prominent NAWIC leaders. On October 30th at 2 p.m. during the panel "Breaking Barriers: Celebrating & Creating Women Leaders in Construction," more than a half dozen of NAWIC members are speaking at the conference, including NAWIC President Rita Brown. Additionally, NAWIC CEO Sheronda Carr will attend and share insights on October 29th at 4 p.m. during the session "The Power of Your Voice: Creating Engaging Conversations for Meaningful Impact."
 
• NAWIC is exhibiting at the Lean Construction Institute Conference October 22 -24 in Arlington, Texas to put NAWIC in front of a highly engaged audience of Lean practitioners from the design and construction industry.
