Here at the NAWIC National Office, we want to offer a warm welcome to our two new Chapters, the Coulee Region of Wisconsin and Gulf Coast Florida! Chartered on Saturday, September 13th, we are so excited to add Chapter #399 to the Midwest Region and Chapter #400, Gulf Coast Florida of the Southeast Region, is set to charter early October.
 
We are also saying farewell to Chapter #385, Palmetto of the South Atlantic Region, which is set to relinquish shortly.

The event resulted in increased memberships, collaboration, networking, and initiatives that will support the professional growth and inclusion of women in the trades.

Industry Update
Events and summer camps exposing youth to construction careers are gaining traction in Wisconsin. One association-supported event for middle school girls started in Madison and branched out this summer to other cities, while individual companies held their annual youth events around the warm season.
