Elsa’s story is one of many. Some women who’ve gone through the NAWIC Leadership Academy have submitted business plans, stepped into new roles, or advocated for themselves in ways they never had before. The program emphasizes transformational leadership—skills like collaboration, vision-setting, and inspiring others—which research shows women often naturally bring to the table.

Investing in your leadership training is a big decision, and it can be tough to know if you’re ready or what kind of training you need. If you know you’d like to take the next step in your career but aren’t sure if the Leadership Academy is right for you, this info session will help you decide. Join our upcoming info session on April 15th to hear from other graduates, ask questions and see if the program is the right fit for you!

How can we use nature as our inspiration to continue growing our built environment in a more sustainable way. This webinar will take us on a journey through the meaning of Biophilic and Regenerative Design and share case studies of buildings whose design mimics natural ecosystems in their circular systems of water, energy and waste. These buildings are examples of how to break down the physical barrier between structure and nature for those who occupy them.
