Education / Training
As CEO of Empowering Partners, LLC, Dr. Amy Narishkin has trained more than 400 leaders globally, enhancing their ability to lead and engage diverse teams. By using tools like the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), she empowers leaders to create inclusive environments where all individuals feel valued and heard. Dr. Narishkin’s upcoming webinar will help participants uncover how the cultivated feminine habit of prioritizing the needs of others impacts women and their families, explore the stages of cultural intelligence and understand the factors that keep people silent or unsure. Participants will leave with three practical tools to feel confident in communicating with anyone. Dr. Narishkin advocates for breaking the silence often caused by fear and encouraging cultural intelligence as the key to fostering open and inclusive dialogue. Don’t miss the opportunity to join the upcoming webinar and take the first step toward transforming your leadership and communication skills.

1. What is the main goal for your region regarding marketing?
2. What is something you/your region is doing now with marketing that you want to celebrate as being successful? 3. What is the biggest challenge you/your region currently has with marketing? 4. What would you like to see the National Marketing Committee do to help provide you/your region with the marketing support you need? 5. Are there any topics you would like for the marketing committee to cover in a webinar or other training? ![]()
