General Conference Information

The registration desk will be located on the fourth floor near the elevators. All attendees must wear their credentials to all NAWIC functions, including the Construction Zone, Sessions and Meal Functions

Please note: NAWIC’s Annual Conference operates as a cashless event. All on-site payments must be made via credit card. Staff will not be able to accept cash.

Dietary Requirements:

Dietary restriction cards will be provided when you pick up your conference credentials. Please give it to your server at meals or find a staff member to assist you if you have any questions.

Event Schedule & Attire

Attire: Business Casual– think professional, but comfortable. Remember your layers – outdoors will be hot and humid but indoors will be cool!

If you’re attending the Wicked Harbor Party - Awards Gala Dinner on Friday, August 22, channel your inner coastal glam for the Wicked Harbor Party! Think nautical-chic meets gala glitz—navy, red, and white ensembles, bold accessories, and breezy fabrics that sparkle. Cocktail or dressy attire with a nod to the harbor vibe is encouraged for this fun and festive evening.

For those who have been awarded red recruiter jackets, make sure to wear them on Thursday for the Annual Meeting and Awards Happy Hour, where we will be honoring the new recruiter jacket recipients.
