Over the past months, we have been closely monitoring the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic to make the best decision possible regarding NAWIC’s 65th Annual Conference in August. We have remained acutely aware of how valued this opportunity for networking, education, community and recognition of achievements is, while also recognizing that the safety and well-being of our members and partners is — and must remain — our top priority.

With COVID-19 numbers again on the rise in many places and a number of our members once again experiencing increased restrictions from both their states and businesses, as well as a personal level of discomfort associated with traveling during a pandemic and the financial and health risks associated with such travel, we want you to know that we are listening and, as such, have made the decision to move to a virtual conference platform this year.

We don’t have all the details ironed out just yet but know that we are busily re-structuring for the best possible benefit and experience for you all and that we will have more information to you very soon! So stay tuned for more details about our first ever Virtual Annual Conference this August and thank you in advance for your patience and feedback as we all negotiate changing landscapes.

Please note:

  • The current online registration link has been disabled. We will be sending out a new link to register for the virtual event.
  • If you registered for the in-person Annual Conference event, a member of the NAWIC staff will be contacting you soon about your registration.
  • We are working with the Westin Galleria to manage room cancellations/refunds for those who made hotel reservations. We will contact you if further action is needed on your part.
