Meet Your Career Center Representative, Marty Rice
Did you know NAWIC has a Career Center? Did you know it is open to anyone, regardless of their relationship to NAWIC, members and non-members alike? Did you know we have a dedicated representative to help companies place job postings there and that he can help match individuals with those job opportunities too?
Meet Marty & his pal Lyle:
"I manage the National Association of Women in Construction’s Career Center. My day is split between helping companies develop recruitment advertising strategies to leverage NAWIC’s diverse network and helping candidates access the Career Center’s resources. When I’m not working, I am either hiking around Austin or training Lyle, my Aussiedoodle. I also spend many evenings studying for the entrance exam for an MBA."
The Career Center is not only a benefit to our community, it's a benefit to NAWIC, as well. A portion of the proceeds from each job posting goes directly back to NAWIC. Share the news to help those in need of employment and NAWIC.
