LETTER FROM NAPFA

In a year defined by growth, change, and continued commitment to clients, many advisors have found themselves moving faster than ever. As 2025 starts to wind down, it’s a time to reflect on the pace of the profession and what it takes to sustain meaningful, lasting work. Centered on wellness and burnout, this month’s NAPFA Advisor explores how advisors can build practices that protect both their energy and their purpose.

That same spirit of balance and renewal has guided NAPFA’s work throughout 2025. Through national conferences, regional forums, and new learning opportunities, our community strengthened its foundation of shared expertise and connection. These gatherings have reinforced what defines our community: a shared commitment to excellence, collaboration, and the fiduciary standard.

Looking forward, the 2025–2028 Strategic Plan builds on that foundation. Guided by our organizational values—Advocacy, Client-Centered, Community, and Excellence—the plan focuses on three priorities: Elevate the Fiduciary Standard, Ignite Connections Through Community and Engagement, and Deepen Professional Education and Learning. Together, these goals reflect our mission of leading advisors and supporting the financial health of our clients with an unwavering commitment to the Fee-Only fiduciary standard.

Thank you for your continued dedication to your clients, peers, and the profession. The progress we’ve made this year reflects the strength of this community and the integrity that guides it.

Warm regards,
