NAPA's outgoing chair Christian Zimmermann handed off the gavel to Brady Meldrem as part of the kickoff to the NAPA 2024 Annual Meeting at the Omni Orlando at ChampionsGate on Jan. 29.

Meldrem officially unveiled the association's 2023 Annual Report and announced a fundraising effort for scholarships to the National Center for Asphalt Technology (NCAT) called Road Scholars. NAPA aims to raise $3 million to help educate the next generation of asphalt pavement engineers.

NAPA is thrilled to formally welcome 18 new members to the association. These companies were ratified by the Board during our Annual Meeting. Please join NAPA in welcoming these new members and take a few minutes to learn more about their products and services.

NAPA welcomes Mitch Baldwin to the Government Affairs team. Mitch started with NAPA on Jan. 24 and brings a wealth of expertise from his career in the public sector, most recently at the Maryland State Highway Administration.

Mitch helps lead and coordinate regulatory and legislative communications, agency and committee activities, and PAC strategy.
