End 2025 on a learning streak this winter with NAPA Webinars.

NAPA has three virtual learning opportunities coming up in December:

Member-to-Member Live will bring a selection of speakers to the stage for informative, 8-minute presentations on a variety of themed topics.

If you have a powerful idea, a breakthrough experience, or a vision for the future of the industry that you would like to share – we want to hear from you. Submit your idea before Dec. 2.

The asphalt pavement industry’s leading experts, executives, engineers and more will be gathered in “The West’s Most Western Town,” Jan. 26-29 for the NAPA 2026 Annual Meeting.

Whether it’s your first NAPA event ever or an annual tradition, the NAPA Annual Meeting in Scottsdale will have networking opportunities to help you get the most out of your professional development.

Earlier this month, NAPA shared with the House Committee on Natural Resources a letter outlining the asphalt pavement industry's support for the Standardizing Permitting and Expediting Economic Development (SPEED) Act.

"With limited resources at every level of government, it is essential that bureaucratic red tape is not allowed to slow or stall critical safety and maintenance projects," NAPA Vice President for Government Affairs Nile Elam writes in the letter. "As Congress prepares for the next surface transportation reauthorization in 2026, improving permitting efficiency will be central to the success of that legislation."
