NAPA’s Quality in Construction (QIC) Awards application window closes Oct. 31, so act now to ensure your best work receives the recognition it deserves.

The QIC Awards are a gateway to consideration for prestigious national awards, like the Larry H. Lemon Quality in Construction Award, which recognizes the 10 highest-scoring projects submitted for a QIC Award in the General Paving (less than 50,000 tons) category.

The projects submitted for a QIC Award are evaluated by an independent pavement engineer who assigns each project a numerical score based on how well the contractor met specifications and achieved density on the finished pavement.

Rieth-Riley Superintendent Jon Holman is working to make hiring practices at Rieth-Riley and companies across a host of other industries even more military friendly.

“If I can get veterans plugged into these good companies, they’re going to be in a lot better position, financially and mentally, than I was when I got out,” Holman says.
