NAPA is soliciting comments on the Product Category Rules (PCR) for Asphalt Mixtures from the stakeholder community in its role as the North American program operator.

The comment period closes Sept. 15.

Stakeholders can access the documents to review on NAPA's webpage and use the review form to enter comments.

NAPA’s Diamond Commendation Program has moved its application window earlier in the year to allow more time for producers to market their achievements in paving, plants, and terminal excellence. Submit your application by Aug. 15.
