As part of our commitment to strong corporate governance and best practices, the NALA Board of Directors has approved a change to how board meetings are conducted.
Beginning with the First Regular Board Meeting of the 2025-2026 term, attendance at Board of Directors meetings will be limited to Board members and invited guests. This adjustment aligns with recommended best practices for nonprofit and association governance and ensures that discussions remain strategic, efficient, and focused on the organization’s mission and goals.
