March 17   |   Noon CT   |   CLE Hours: 1   |   Non-Substantive
This presentation will explore different components of building and sustaining a dynamic legal team for success. It is possible to create effective methods of communication, to pair up the right individuals to work collaboratively, and to create a high-performing team. The objectives covered in this presentation will be focused on building and sustaining. It is imperative to understand that you are as strong as your weakest link. We will cover common pitfalls of unsuccessful teams, establishing trust and communication and setting up efficient systemic methods that function for the team, individually, and as a whole. We will also discuss sustainability through clear expectations, transparency, empowerment, engagement, and the importance of incentivizing. Participants will walk away with key takeaways that can be implemented the same day.
