We’re thrilled that you decided to join fleet peers and industry leaders on this four-day virtual journey as we learn, connect, and share valuable knowledge. You and only you can use your unique email to log into the event platform. Do not share your login information because if a second person logs in using the same credentials, the credentials will be deactivated until reset by the registration department.

SCANTrivia™ is an interactive game you can play during I&E Virtual with your own smartphone. Get ready for fierce competition and big prizes!
View the list of participating exhibitors and event partners so you know which virtual booths to visit locations to earn points. Within each location, you simply scan the QR codes, answer the question(s) shown, and earn points. Some booths have more than one question, and partner booths have questions worth double points. The more points you earn, the more chances you have to win great prizes. A good strategy can get you ahead of the game in no time!

Visit the expo booths to research and learn about new products and technologies. Each expo booth is available to socialize and meet with like-minded fleet professionals. Your time is valuable, so consider scheduling a specific time with a supplier using the booth scheduler feature and book a dedicated test or video chat session with a new supplier or reconnect with a current one.
Find your tribe! Connect with your peers and pose questions to our experts. These community-themed lounges will help you find others with fleets like yours.

 When you log in, you'll arrive in the Lobby and find navigation bars at the top and bottom of the main screen. The top navigation bar provides access to the day's events, upcoming events, and on-demand content when it becomes available. There's also a fun "teleport" option that allows you to move from one part of the platform to another, such as the NAFA Library, chat lounges, the auditorium and more. The bottom navigation bar includes access to all that and more. The AGENDA icon contains all that event information from the top bar, but there are also icons that direct you to the virtual map, chat lounges, forums, as well as your profile and any favorites you've selected from the program. You'll also notice NAFA partner, media sponsor, and exhibitor logos on the Lobby page. Just click on them to check out their booths and interact with them. Don't forget to complete your profile! A huge part of networking on the virtual platform is having a complete profile, so be sure to click on the PROFILE icon in the bottom menu and fill in your information and a nice photo if you have one handy. Need help? Click on the HELP icon in the bottom menu at any time. We also have a few virtual tools and tips posted on the website.
