The 2020 State of the Fleet Industry General Session will provide a high level overview of current conditions within the fleet industry from the leadership of NAFA Fleet Management Association, the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA), and NTEA – The Association for the Work Truck Industry. This session will look at the impact of the worldwide pandemic on fleet, new protocols that are being developed, and general trends and challenges facing professionals in both the public and private sectors as they plan for an uncharted future in 2021 and beyond.
