What's Next at NAFA?

Thank you for spending the week with us at NAFA's Institute & Expo. The conference has ended, but NAFA's efforts to better serve fleet and mobility professional continue.

How so? In just a few weeks - believe it or not - the Association will embark on the process of building the 2019 Institute & Expo plans and agenda. I&E 2019 will take place on April 15-17, 2019, at the Kentucky International Convention Center, in Louisville, Ky. This marks the first of the I&E's all-new three-day schedule. Your feedback is not only welcomed, but crucial to our efforts. Please provide your feedback about the 2018 I&E and know that your input is always factored into our decision-making.

Other NAFA initiatives include:

NAFA's Membership Satisfaction Survey - The Association seeks your input on such important aspects as your motivation for joining NAFA and remaining a member; your familiarity, use and satisfaction with NAFA’s products, programs, and services; your issues of concern; and your image and overall satisfaction with the Association.

Can you find 15 minutes now to take our vital survey? You can click on this link, or copy and paste it in to your browser address line: https://www.research.net/r/NAFA2018

If you are interrupted while taking the survey, you can always use the same URL to pick up where you left off as long as you use the same computer with cookies enabled.

All of your answers will be completely confidential, with no individual responses or identifying information available to anyone at NAFA.

Your personal responses are very important; your opinion matters! Your thoughts will help us make NAFA better for you – and for everyone – in the years to come.

NAFA's Inaugural Virtual Chapter Meeting - As announced by NAFA President Bryan Flansburg, CAFM®, during Tuesday's Annual Business Meeting, the Association will begin virtual chapter meetings, available to all NAFA Members, beginning May 30. The Virtual Chaper Chair is Kathy Wellik, CAFM.

NAFA Joins Auto-ISAC as a Cybersecurity Strategic Partner - NAFA is committed to the advancement of fleet and mobility, but with that advancement comes new concerns that matter to every fleet professional. This is especially true of cybersecurity, and the Association is playing an integral role in driver advocacy.

NAFA has been named to the Automotive Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Auto-ISAC), as a strategic partner. In this alliance, NAFA will represent and advocate for the fleet and mobility profession in a partnership that will directly impact vehicle safety and security.

Established in August 2015, Auto-ISAC is an alliance of auto industry suppliers and automakers created to enhance cybersecurity awareness and collaboration across the global automotive industry. Auto-ISAC operates a central hub for sharing, tracking, and analyzing intelligence about cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents related to the connected vehicle. Auto-ISAC members account for more than 99 percent of light-duty vehicles in North America, with over 30 global OEM and supplier members.
