NAFA To Present Three Best-Kept Secrets that Define Fleet at ISM INDIRECT 2017

Following a well-received appearance at a July 2017 conference presented by the Institute for Supply Management, NAFA Fleet Management Association, the vehicle fleet industry’s largest trade association, will offer a new session at ISM INDIRECT 2017. The session will take place on Thursday, November 30, in Las Vegas.

The session, "Fleet - Understanding One of Your Largest Indirect Spends," will cover three secrets that differentiate fleet from private vehicle ownership and will provide an audit framework to ensure procurement professionals understand the unique value proposition that a certified fleet management specialist brings to this role.

"It is important for our two organizations to collaborate so that NAFA members know about and understand procurement, and so that ISM members know about and understand fleet," said Phillip E. Russo, CAE, NAFA’s Chief Executive Officer. "This really is a perfect match and a fantastic blending of our strengths to make everyone better."

Presented by Katherine Vigneau, CAFM®, Director of Professional Development for NAFA, this session details the fleet’s unique management needs and how, by identifying and meeting these requirements, significant cost savings can be achieved.

Offered in a lively, interactive format featuring insights from a case study, the session, "Fleet - Understanding One of Your Largest Indirect Spends," will unlock the benefits of having committed, certified fleet specialists in charge of a professional discipline which, annually, accounts for billions dollars in organizational assets.

ISM INDIRECT 2017 takes place November 29-December 1, 2017, at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas. For more information, visit: ismindirect.org
