Enrolling in as many or as few programs as needed empowers students and helps to manage the time they spend with study. NAFA’s new certificate program also helps develop advanced fleet knowledge should the student decide to pursue the separate CAFM® designation later. This announcement coincides with the celebration of the 30th anniversary of its CAFM® certification program. The program is a self-study course that educates fleet professionals on the various disciplines of fleet management including asset management, business management, financial management, information management, maintenance management, professional development, risk management, and vehicle fuel management.
Bill Darty, CAFM® 2014 Graduate said, "CAFM® has given me more confidence and another ‘feather in my hat’ that I can use if I have an opportunity to advance or move throughout the industry. It has improved my knowledge of my chosen career so I have a much better understanding in all the areas associated with Fleet Management and how each of those areas directly affect my job and how my job directly affects those areas."
Celebrate the CAFM® anniversary with us at www.nafa.org and www.fleetcertification.org where, every day throughout September, we will be highlighting a graduate or significant aspect of the CAFM® program.
