NAFA Announces Mastering International Fleet Management Seminar, November 1-3 At Jupiter, Florida
Running a fleet in multiple countries is not just about learning the laws in those regions or understanding your financing options. You have to understand each country’s culture and history, how businesses function, and how workers perceive "outsiders." Once those areas are understood, you can get on to the business of managing your company’s fleet and leading your counterparts in other countries to get everyone on the same page.
NAFA’s first-ever Mastering International Fleet Management seminar is an intense three-day, deep-dive into the complexities of running a multi-national fleet. The event begins by discussing a real-life case study during the opening cocktail reception and ends with you working hand-in-hand with other fleet managers to resolve the issue. In between, attendees will learn about the intricacies of developing and implementing fleet policies in numerous regions, understanding the components of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in various countries, and the impact of environmental issues on decision-making.
Because of the hands-on case study participation, there is limited seating. Register now for this event, as there is every expectation that seats will sell out fast.
As an extra value, attendees will leave NAFA’s Mastering International Fleet Management with real-life tangible resources, including:
- An exclusive International Fleet Toolkit
- Tip sheets on how to avoid common initial mistakes
- A comprehensive checklist of tasks and items to consider
At this seminar attendees will:
- Learn from expert fleet professionals with decades of international fleet experience
- Recognize the role of company cars outside of North America and how that differs from North America
- Understand the cultural differences among countries
- Identify ways to get your counterparts in other countries on the same page
- Find reliable sources of benchmarking data
- Pinpoint the best types of data to capture to enable meaningful analysis of your foreign operations
- Establish "Best Practice" levels for all areas of your fleet
- Participate in real-life case study scenarios to resolve actual fleet issues
- Network with fleet managers and experts who can help you navigate this complex territory
Everyone who registers will be given the results of NAFA’s first-ever Global Fleet Operations survey. This exclusive data will help you learn how your operations measure up against your peers, understand what policies and procedures others have in place, and start you on your way toward organizing your operations.
