Randy Owen, CAFM^® Joins the Matrix Consulting Group

Randy Owen, CAFM^®, former Senior Vice President of Mercury Associates, has joined the Matrix Consulting Group to lead the firm’s fleet management consulting practice.

Randy has been a long-time Associate Member of NAFA and is a frequent speaker at NAFA's Institute & Expo and other industry events. He has provided fleet management consulting services to hundreds of government, corporate, and utility clients over the past 20 years.
