Johnson & Johnson Director Of Worldwide Fleet Safety Named Chairperson Of NETS

The Network of Employers for Traffic Safety (NETS) announced on April 12 the election of Sandra Lee, Director, Worldwide Fleet Safety for Johnson & Johnson, as NETS Board Chairperson for 2012 and 2013. Lee replaces Bill Windsor, Associate Vice President for Nationwide Insurance, following a successful two-year term. Lee has global responsibility for Johnson & Johnson’s SAFE Fleet, providing fleet safety leadership to over 33,000 drivers worldwide and has been a member of the NETS Board of Directors since 2009. NETS is a a partnership between the U.S. Federal government and the private sector.

During her previous service to the Board, Lee has contributed to NETS’ role as a member of the United Nations Road Safety Collaboration, the principal steering committee for the Decade of Action for Road Safety 2011-2020. Lee also has helped to shape NETS Strength in Numbers Fleet Safety Benchmark program and has consistently been a member of the steering committee for its annual Drive Safely Work Week campaign.
