NAFA's Carolinas Chapter Hosts "Spouse & Guest Hospitality Room" At I&E

If you are attending the I&E and will be bringing a guest, NAFA's Carolinas Chapter will be hosting a "Spouse & Guest Hospitality Room" inside The Harris Room, located on the 2nd floor of the Westin Hotel, where guests can pick up brochures, discount coupons, and information to local events.

The Harris Room will be open Saturday April 9, Sunday April 10, and Monday April 11 from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m., and will be staffed by members of the Carolinas Chapter.

Continental breakfast will be provided for the first two days by Hendrick Motors of Charlotte (Saturday) and Black Book USA (Sunday).

If your guest plans to stop by the Harris Room on either or both days, please have them email Deborah Melton at dmelton@familydollar.com so she can communicate anticipated attendance to both sponsors.

Also on Saturday April 9, the Carolinas Chapter in conjunction with corporate sponsor Black Book USA will provide a 55-seat Coach Bus and offer guests a two-hour, guided bus tour of Charlotte, and a four-hour visit to South Park Mall where discount coupons can be used. We estimate an 11:30 a.m. departure from the Westin Hotel Lobby Area, returning to the hotel by 5:30 p.m. Details will be provided at check-in.
