Affiliate News: LeasePlan USA Selects Toni Palmer For Regional Sales Vice President, National Accounts Position

LeasePlan USA recently announced the appointment of Toni Palmer to Regional Sales Vice President, National Accounts for the South Central region. In this role, she will be tasked with generating new business in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Palmer joined LeasePlan in 2008 as Vice President, Sales of Network, the company's independent brand of vehicle management services. In this role, she was responsible for building relationships with local and regional lessors and growing the overall partner portfolio.

"I am thrilled to have Toni join the sales team. I am confident that she will bring the same passion and dedication that she had for serving our Network partners with premium, high-touch service to our LeasePlan clients," said Brian Barber, Senior Vice President, Sales.

While in this role, Palmer led an effort to expand the Network service offering to include additional services such as driver safety courses, personal mileage reporting, FleetDesk, and other per occurrence services. She also worked to automate the annual enrollment process as well as engineered a solution for more detailed and user-friendly Network invoicing.

"Time and time again, Toni has proven her commitment to making it ‘easier to leaseplan' by leveraging our strategic tools and collaborating with her colleagues to find creative solutions to drive out costs and minimize administrative time for our customers. I look forward to seeing her apply those same skills when serving our LeasePlan clients," Barber added.

Prior to joining LeasePlan, Palmer served as an account and sales manager for a national fleet remarketing company where she focused on business-to-business sales and providing customer service to clients. She also developed strategic relationships with manufacturers, leasing companies, dealers, auction houses, and other vendors within the industry. Her 10 years of industry expertise also includes experience in Internet sales, retail sales, and maintenance and repair management.
