This month several Members and Affiliates are celebrating important NAFA membership milestones. NAFA would like to thank them for being a part of our family.  It is our Members who help make this Association successful. Your volunteer work has helped create and successfully run various committees, provide publications, educational workshops and testing, and annually offer our Institute and Expo. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!

Celebrating 35 Years With NAFA:

Jim Rallo
Cockeysville, MD

James "Jim" Rallo, former member of NAFA's Board of Governors, Vice President of the NAFA Foundation and Affiliate Trustee, retired from PHH Arval, a subsidiary of PHH Corporation in March 2009.

Rallo joined PHH in 1970. During his career he held numerous management positions including Regional Manager, Regional Vice President, Senior Vice President Sales, and Senior Vice President Sales and Client Relations.

Rallo's many accomplishments and long-standing commitment to the fleet management profession have made him a leading industry spokesman by his business peers, competitors, and media. On behalf of the fleet industry and PHH, Rallo has testified before a number of state, congressional, and federal agencies.

Rallo was also a leader in fleet industry organizations, including: Receiving NAFA's Honorary Life Membership Award in 1997 for distinguished service to the fleet industry; Automotive Fleet Leasing Association (AFLA), where he was past President, Executive Vice President, Vice President and leader of numerous committees; American Automotive Leasing Association (AALA), where he led the industry standards initiative which standardized specifications from the Domestic Three motor companies for ordering new vehicles.

Being retired, Jim is doing more travelling, spending more time with family, and serving as caregiver for his father. He remains as VP of the NAFA Foundation, on the board of AFLA, and on the advisory board of Pricelock.

NAFA congratulates and thanks Gino R. Francescangeli, Director of National Accounts for PEP BOYS in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Joan G. Fusco of Dumont, New Jersey, on celebrating their 25th anniversary with NAFA.
