Excitement abounded on Tuesday evening of I&E as the winners of the 2015 FLEXY Awards ascended the stage and claimed their awards. The FLEXYs are open to all fleet professionals, regardless of whether or not they are members of NAFA Fleet Management Association.

One of the highlights of NAFA’s annual conference each year is the Chapter Recognition Luncheon. It’s a time to relax, network with colleagues, and have fun with fellow fleet professionals within their NAFA Chapter. It’s also a time in which NAFA highlights the work of one NAFA Affiliate and one Member for their tremendous efforts in supporting their local chapter. NAFA's Outstanding Chapter Service Award honors exceptional commitment to the Association's chapters.

Year after year, NAFA’s U.S. Legislative Update session is a must-attend session for fleet professionals. For this year's showcase general session, NAFA's Immediate Past President Claude Masters, CAFM®, was joined by NAFA’s Legislative Counsel Patrick O'Connor, and James Tamm, a top National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) official that has been heavily involved in proposed rulemaking regarding Phase 2 greenhouse-gas emissions (2 GHG). This discussion took place on Thursday morning, April 16.

During Friday morning's fleet-managers only session Fleet Management Executives Tackle Tough Fleet Issues, I&E attendees heard directly from the leaders of each of the major fleet management companies as they discussed what they see coming in the near future with regard to such important topics as procurement, sourcing, inventory, sustainability, global expansion, and much more.
