On Thursday morning on the third day of NAFA's I&E, Tom C. Johnson, Founder of The 100 Best Fleets announced the rankings for 2015.

The 100 Best Fleets number one position belongs to the City of Sacramento, CA. Keith Leech accepted the award on behalf of City of Sacramento by way of explaining his new position with County of Sacramento.

"(The fleet) brought the KPIs to the shop floor, to the techs. That caused a bit of competition among the techs," Leech explained. That competition helped raise the productivity and attention to improvement.

Johnson also presented the special Windell T. Mitchell Memorial Award to the fleets of Brazilian company Sem Parar. The Wendell Mitchell Award, a humanitarian award, was given due to the fleet's devotion to bringing down the number of auto-related deaths occurring in the country, above 50,000 deaths.

Congratulations again to the City of Sacramento and Sem Parar for their winning efforts.
