Monday, April 24, 2017

The session Driver Behavior - What Works (and Doesn't) with a Global Approach will interactively explore different approaches to improve driver behavior using training, telematics, route management, etc. Do you use telematics to monitor driver behavior? Are there different rules or culture governing their use in different parts of the word? Have you ever used telematics to defend your organization in a lawsuit? What methods do you use to identify training needs? How do you monitor route and implement corrective measures? Come to class ready to participate and discuss!

You will learn:

1. Learn some basics about technology
2. Discuss the pros and cons of different approaches
3. Understand the legal differences in various regions of the world
