The world of events has never been easy, the risk management associated with even the simplest of gatherings is enough to make some whither and fade away. Enter stage left COVID; enter stage right new technologies, opportunities for data collection and analytics. Oh, and BTW, the audience is full of legislative amendments and new data privacy laws that YOU WILL have to understand!
Whether you are concerned about event recovery, vaccination passports and/or contact tracing … or intrigued by the Pandora’s box of new technologies out there that allow you to understand your participants and sponsors in ways you never thought possible, this event will help you bring the script to life for a responsible recovery of your events.

We’re ready to host the MPI Toronto Chapter Golf Tournament on Aug. 25 at Royal Woodbine Golf Course.
We are limited to 80 golfers so register early to avoid disappointment. Tee times will be confirmed prior to the tournament. Due to restrictions, this will not be a shotgun start. Foursomes will be given tee times between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. A round of golf will take three hours (12 holes), and once off the course you will be able to have some time on the patio to relax and have dinner. Depending on restrictions at the time of the tournament, you may be limited in the amount of time you are able to stay.
How great to have the opportunity to get together with colleagues and friends for a fun afternoon on the golf course.
Register now here.

Are you looking to learn a new skill set? Want an opportunity to prepare or practice for your next interview? MPI Toronto's new Peer-to-Peer Program can connect you with another MPI Toronto member who has volunteered their time to assist in your learning development.
Coming this September, all MPI Toronto members will receive a survey to better understand level of participation. Skill sets/expertise do not have to be event- or industry-related. So, whether you want to be the member learning or the member who will share your expertise, the survey will allow us to find out the skill sets and expertise available and create the best match for you.
Look for the Peer-to-Peer Program survey this September.
