Tapping to Reduce Stress!

Is your preference a walk in the morning or a sweaty workout to get the heart pumping? Have you started meditating or journaling daily? Or are you still looking for something to help you manage those stress levels? In this day and age, we are surrounded by a plethora of techniques to manage stress and anxiety; some are cliché and some are unheard of. “Tapping” is one of the lesser-known techniques. Advocates of this method claim that it significantly reduces stress and anxiety in under nine minutes as well as increases productivity. In short, the main premise revolves around applying pressure to tapping points on a regular basis.
