Volunteer Recognition and Annual General Meeting

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre did an excellent job of hosting the September 20 Annual General Meeting and Volunteer Recognition Event. This was a chance for the attendees to strengthen their relationships with fellow colleagues and meet new people.

This was the first opportunity for the Metro Toronto Convention Centre to showcase their new space on Level Six of the South Building, and it was great to experience it with our attendees. Definitely a multi-use space to consider when planning your next event.

The AGM and Volunteer Recognition was also supported by Freeman Audio Visual Canada who provided the AV, staging and technician for the event. Two sponsors, D.E. Systems for online registration and The Image Commission for photography, support the chapter’s events throughout the year.

Thank you all for being such great partners. We couldn’t do it without you.

The 5-Star Awards were presented and the program is based on the following criteria:

Commitment and Dedication, Team Player, Passionate, Accountable, and
Time Availability/Attendance.

The 5-Star Award Recipients this year include:

  • Amy Duffy, CMP, CMP Study Group Committee
