Cerise Fine Catering Welcomes New Team Members

Kai Bein, Executive Chef, started his career at the Fairmont Royal York and then ventured into Casinos as a Senior Sous Chef at Caesars Windsor. From there, Kai held Executive Chef positions in independent restaurants, including Rosseau House in Ancaster, and finally his latest role of Executive Chef at the Brantford Bay Golf and Country Club. Kai has now returned to downtown Toronto at the helm of Cerise Fine Catering’s Culinary team. New Cerise Sales team members:

ISES Goes ‘Live’ With New Name

The International Special Events Society officially changed its name to the International Live Events Association (ILEA), via a video broadcast, presented by International President Jodi Collen, CSEP. The name change is said to reflect the global nature of the association and the more relevant term of "live" used by its members to describe the range of events delivered. It will begin with immediate effect. The new ILEA website is now active at www.ileahub.com.
